Republican Conservative dictator Steve Harper, a cat lover, won three Putz awards last night for his party's new election song: No We Can't.

The George Bush wannabe electrified a crowd of sympathetic followers (Brian Mulroney, George Bush, John Howard) with a less than stirring rendition of the Conservative mantra.
